GAMEPLAY:If you have tried Left 4 Dead, its kind like that. L4D is random everytime, its not the same like its not the same zombie that comes out here and there, PAYDAY has the same functionality.
Left 4 Dead in my opinion was a good game, but it became boring. I only played it as I didnt have any other games for survival Co-Op. Left 4 Dead 2 came out and had the same gameplay like Left 4 Dead... it werent good.. it was too old and didnt have too much new stuff in my opinion.
BUT.. PAYDAY, this has interrested me from day 1. OVERKILL SOFTWARE did a great job on the story too! Masked bandits, hey?! Who havent loved to be a bandit and shooting cops? GRAND THEFT anyone?!
Overall, PAYDAY's gameplay is HARD, FUN and requires alot of TEAMWORK. Left 4 Dead were for the most parts, RUSH.
The AI system that controls the bot enemies you fight against are VERY VERY smart. They can take cover smart, and hit you like a real high skilled player. This is also were PAYDAYS health system kicks in...
For the most parts of the health system, its basic. You have a shield(like in halo) but this shield will be gone after 5 shots(alot of cops is there yes) after that you begin to lose YOUR real health, it goes very fast at loosing health! You need to take cover like 1000 times in one mission, and that is much? Yes it is to be honest, but it makes it fun and hard! This is what makes PAYDAY's gameplay appeal to me!
But if you really wanna have fun with the game, grab some friends over voice-over and try it out!!!
Hell even the last 2 levels cant be played on Normal Diffuculty! Only on HARD or OVERKILL(Expert i think)
And come on? Who doesnt love shooting cops, stealing money and blowing shit up? Even shooting civilian(even though they give you a trade penalty...
)
Graphics:The graphics are not good. THEY ARE NOT SUPER 1337 BATTLEFIELD 3 DESTRUCTION AND HIGHLY RELEASTIC SOLDIER REAL LIFE GRAPHICS. No seriously they aint... They arent good, but they arent bad! In my opinion, they are beautiful to play with. And I DO NOT go into game to checkout the graphics, but the gameplay. In my opinion, they are better this way! Lower graphics = More people can run it less laggy and more can play it!
Online:I wrote that its best to find some friends and play with them. But what if you want to meet new friend online? PAYDAY can do that, and it will make it fun if you get good teamwork out there!
Now, what more? AHHH! Left 4 Dead and Modern warfare.. do you remember how they had all the hosting stuff? Well, it was bad in my opinion...
OVERKILL did an amazing job on creating the hosting parts!!! Its fast and doesnt lag! I can find a fast match in seconds and even host without anyone lagging!
Maps and Levels:6 Maps, 140+ Levels and upgrades? Isnt that enough? DLC coming soon confirmed by OVERKILL, and it just got released!
The 6 maps are long, and takes about 20 min. to clear out(check the videos) but it also depends on the missions and how good your teamwork / shooting is!
The 6 maps arent the same, some are longer and easier, some are harder but shorter! And thats what I really like! Even though I would love more bank maps, robbing banks is my favorite. :3
OVERALL:9/10!
There are some bugs and glitches, but I'm sure they fix them! Its a fun game, requires skills and teamplay! OVERKILL are a small company, and I think this is their first game, I think they did a great job on it! OVERKILL, we luvz ya'!<3

BESIDES.. it 19 Euro on steam.. thats not much money for a good fun ol' game!
