I know I found it that way  . They didn't reveal the gender, and it was just stupid. Way to finish off the series Valve. only good thing that came out of it was the Source Filmmaker.

haha I figured they wouldn't release gender!  Like I said on another thread, I found the scout's reaction hilarious.  Probably my favourite part of it to be honest.

Think about it, the pyro is so deranged that he is a ruthless killer but in his mind he sees all the nice stuff to justify his murders so that in his mind he isn't as evil as he is, it's quite an intense case of extreme mental delusions that prove how fucking insane his existence is. I thought the video was good.

Around the 23 second mark the Scout says the the Pyro is a he. Scout specifically says "I ain't talking about that freak, alright. He's not here is he?"

well that certainly makes it clear

Sad faec. I didn't turn on subtitles at all, or even think of doing it. DAMMIT VALVE! WE NEED TO KNOW!
