I found a cool plugin for the server called Citizens where it shows statues of the Admins and such. More easier for people to see it and we can put it inside of spawn next to the rules so people actually read them.

Looks cool, could have them say the rules and all.  Though he says a lot in a short period of time when you're near him.  I'll make a note to myself not to just stand idly by one of them if this gets implemented lol.

I think they only say one of their messages when you right click them. But not sure though.

That's what the plugin is for, instead of the wall of operators thing near the spawn, we could have this showing all OP's.

its not everything that plugin is for. some people use the npc's as quest givers, on role play servers and such.

Hmm thought it was just getting near... however if that's the case then can't guarantee that they'll do they're "job" with informing rule (who's likely to click on what looks like a person?).  But either way still pretty cool

I'm talking about for Pug's server, not a role-play server.

And taylynne, I think there's another plugin that does an auto chat thing every 5-10 minutes that tells people to read the rules and such. In the video I posted here, the chat has an [AUTO] thing near the top. If not this plugin, then use the auto one (if that is one).

I've seen this before. I used it for awhile, and it can be interesting once you learn how to use it properly.
