Okay we have taken the time to clean up spawn. buildings have been removed with owners notified..

We now have a fence area which is off limits to building..

And even beyond that is really off limits for about 5-6 blocks..

What we want to do is have people request here to build small / medium builds that can be shops, sculptures, art, or whatever other idea you may have to add to our spawn area.

Anyone approved for these builds we only want about 3-5 depending on the size of request built here, will be given creative mode under an admins surveillance.

If you want to build close to spawn your house etc ( which i dont see why anyone would want to) please ask admin / mod if the location is okay..

It just makes it look messy and it cant be any fun having your main home so close to everyone else.. no where to explore etc?!

So there you have it! please try not to build close to spawn.. just makes us have to remove it and you have to re build..

also please note we are NOT requesting and we advise NOT to just walk for 20 mins then build! Just be creative and find a neat spot!

I wish to build a few shops.

I was thinking a shop for armor and weapons(tools?), food, and wool(everyone seems to want wool). If all of the shops were approved I would build a nice looking plaza for them to make it flow more. Of course this would be finished once Fort Knox is.

PS: With its location I would make it match with the spawn. (Stone Bricks, Nether Bricks/Fence)

tycharp please review the new map posted here in the mc section and maybe plan out one or two places you wish to build some shops etc. also a bit more details of them!

I want to propose the idea of a trade center near spawn

I have ideas for the trading spot itself but as for the building that surrounds the trading places im open for ideas. Also whatever materials you would like the build to be made out of is fine with me. I could build a mock trade spot somewhere on the server for you to see and then we could remove it and, if approved, make a larger version near spawn. Maybe it could be apart of the shop idea by Tycharp, if it gets approved.

Sounds good if you have a mock up or idea just let an admin know when you are on with them that you want to show them an idea!

If im allowed to start building, would you prefer 4 small buildings,10x11x10(including roof design), in a square kind of arrangement, or would you prefer it be 1 building just really long? somewhere around 40 long, if its the long building i could make a sign over it saying something like trade
