According to BF3blog, a Valve inside source stated that Valve and EA were in talks to get Battlefield 3 onto Steam.

As we all know, Valve and EA have had issues over Steam's very strict terms of service over DLCs, which caused Crysis 2 and Dragon Age II to be pulled from Steam.

However, EA and Steam are about to reach an agreement about DLC content, although the source didn't provide whether EA would be agreeing to provide all DLC via Steam or if Valve agreed to release only SOME of Battlefield 3's DLCs.

Stay tuned, folks. Let's hope Battlefield 3 makes its way onto Steam's frontpage..

Gone off FPS recently, hopefully it makes its way onto steam. I am a one digital distribution company man.
Plus id like to see Crysis 2 and Dragon Age II back on the store. So I can buy them on it.

Hate having to store discs.

Peace,

I dont really care because it super expensive on steam. But i hope for DICE's sake that it will be avaible on Steam. So they can sell more copies of their awesome game!

See? Like I said, i doubt EA and Valve are in bad blood like the media wants everyone to believe. They're both just cozying up to each other to get more sales.
