The trailer for (as well as information on) Black Ops2 was released today!  What do we know at this point?

It is set in 2025
Release date is 13 November 2012
Will have zombie mode!
Will have CoD: Elite (may not work the same way it currently does; and it is supposedly going to have a major impact on the game)

More information should be released this month, and then, of course, during E3 (in june!)

What do you guys think so far?

The trailer looks okay, but unless the gameplay gets some kind of change, I won't be buying it.
But it looks like they finally bumped up the graphics a little bit, still not as good as games like Crysis 2 or Battlefield 3.

I am very upset over this trailer to say the least...This might be the year call of duty fails.
I need to see more to make up my mind.

I have mixed opinions. The main reason I buy CoD is to do the campaign.

I'll be waiting for more information before I decide on whether or not to buy it this year.

Yea a new disappointment for now. Still need to see more. I might have to find a new game if I dont like what I see.
I enjoy the single player too, Always play it first on all difficulty levels and find the intel.

Wtf is this... "Future Warfare 3025"? I do have to say that I am mildly interested in seeing where this goes, but for now I have to sayyyy........ eh.

And why are they riding horses when they got all those flying robotic warfare mechanisms? lol :v

It is really different for what they normally do... so it is kind of a "risk" in that sense.  It might start to look better as we get closer to november.  We'll probably learn a lot more come E3...  They seem to be trying to change and such (if you watch interviews)... but interviews/words only mean so much

I was reading about this, and one article said BO2 was a futuristic "cold war" .... makes me wonder if people even know what a cold war is. :|

Its a mixture of a wild wild west, Star Wars, Metro, Crysis and idfk what else game

The only thing i can see if they are trying to try something new and interesting by being in the future, however we already have numerous games that feature this so thats nothing new.

IMO the way they should have gone is the game should be featured in full blown space or something ><

All im saying is DUH FUCK? i mean the first was set in the vietnam war era and this is in 2025? tbh i hated BO and all the other treyarch games (cod3, waw and bo1) and also hated every cod my infinityward after the epic Cod4, i kinda liked mw2 but this is just gonna be another  piece of shit imma regret buying so now way in hell am i getting this.

It's set in 2025 with flashbacks to the 1980's.

You play as Mason/Woods in the flashbacks and play as David Mason, Mason's son in 2025.

Zombies are confirmed and will possibly have different game modes and maybe even 8 players.

Multiplayer is being completely re-made which should make it a lot better.

I'll get more information up as it comes out.

But there's no point in judging the game when we know so little about it.

I only look at trailers for games. so it does not look to good for me.

Lol ill be honest here im judging the shit out of this game due to all the past games that were terrible and my judgments are leaning towards  negativity towards the game TBH

Trailer was OK. Dont like it, but I will give it a chance. Cant really base off of it atm, so we will have to wait for 6 months

Only trailers?  No gameplay? 

Anyway, we'll learn a lot more soon enough.  Especially with E3 I bet.

Too bad no gameplay. Let's hope that there might be some, then we debate.
