Watched the review TB did on it and was wondering how the hell people even purchased it.

I'm not really happy about having to buy a 3DS simply for Y.  :c

Can we take this that there's a chance you may be active around PUG once again?
4  General / Link Heaven / HAPPY NEW YEAR! on: January 01, 2013, 03:36:07 AM
Well everyone, it's that time again. The time where we throw off the old skin of last year and don the fresh slate of the new year~ I trust everyone has had a good 2012 and is looking forward to a bright 2013!

Has anyone made any resolutions for this new year, too?

I honestly hope that the majority of people who bought this game ask for a refund. A company should not be rewarded for making a bad product.

7  Gaming / Other Gaming / Steam Autumn Sales on: November 22, 2012, 05:43:34 AM
Yes that's right; I feel that most of the denizens of the internet are giving a collective groan as they desperately clench onto their wallets to prevent them from flying right to Bellevue directly. But for those of you who may not know, Steam has come up with yet another ingenious plan to enter into our wallets and coinpurses once again. These are the Steam Autumn Sales.

Now I know most of you might be extremely excited to see your most wanted game go on sale, but hold on for just one second. If you do a little looking around, you might be able to find that some websites are actually selling games on sale at a cheaper price than even Steam!
This nifty little website in particular.

This website keeps track of all the sales on Steam and then cross-references them across the net in order to find a lower competitor.

As an example:

On Steam, Valve is advertising Dishonored at a 25% discount, where another online retailer is selling the same exact game for nearly 50% less than the original price! So definitely check this website out and be sure to do your research.

Happy spending, fellow PUGgers!

Thanks! XD

This really is a huge project. INSANELY huge. When this thing is actually finished it's going to be massive. I'm not just talking about the wall, either.  Grin

I have a monumental plan for this beyond the wall, which hopefully will make it that much more worth it.

Here's a brief progress list, which is how things will be listed in the future:

Retaining Wall: 75%

Outer Aesthetic Wall: 5%
---Front Gate: 5%
---Outer Corner Spires: 0%

Inner Aesthetic Wall: 1%
---Front Gate: 1%
---Insertion Points: 0%
---Inner Corner Spires: 0%
---Escape Routes: 0%

Dungeons: 0%

Checkpoints: 0%

Treasures: 0%

[Information Redacted Walk]: 0%

[Information Redacted Sky]: 0%

[Information Redacted Underground]: 0%

More will come in the future.

So I admit it's been a while since this has been brought up, but I've been doing some heavy work on the edge of the arena and wanted to show people just what's being done on the server.

Most of the work I've been doing the previous days I've been working on it has been on the retaining wall (which has been one of the HUGEST and most time consuming parts of actually building this behemoth  Cry  Take a look in-game to see for yourself if you don't believe me) and not actually on the decorative wall itself. So today was the first day I actually got some progress down on the decoratives.  Cheesy

What you see here is the front gate of the arena. And trust me, it looks even bigger in the actual game.

Was my horse/tree farm alright? D:

Edit1: house*, not horse xD

Aye, your builds were okay. Though your crops seem to be all gone.
13  Gaming / Minecraft / Re: Killjoy - Grief Report on: November 14, 2012, 08:42:14 PM
I built that wall over a month ago, as I did with most things on this server. I made sure that there were no holes. Sorry to debunk your theory, but I made sure.

Also on another note, while I was scanning the perimeter of the Adminium wall again today, I found this.

14  Gaming / Minecraft / Killjoy - Grief Report on: November 14, 2012, 01:55:34 AM
It's come to my attention that there seems to be some minor griefing on the server. I'm already making the reparations, but I just wanted to point this out. The breakage of the road spans nearly the entirety of it. The breakage of the Adminium (Bedrock) signifies that this is not the work of a normal griefer, but that of a bored operator; meaning someone's been abusing their operator privileges. Before I decided to report this, there was also a mass of the new Steve heads lying on the road.

I would also like to remind everyone reading this that when you are allowed the privilege of being an operator (or moderator, whichever you prefer) on the PUG Gaming server, it is not part of the job description to be mindlessly griefing parts of the server, no matter how minor it is. It's just the opposite. In fact, it could be considered an even greater infraction seeing as how Killjoy saw it fit to entrust the operator powers to you.

It's sad because the Facebook page is ten times more active than the forums. XD

Definitely seems like it'll be a nice indie game for people who enjoyed playing in the FF and Earthbound styles, but with a new twist.

20  General / Link Heaven / SCP Halloween special and speculations. on: November 02, 2012, 11:56:49 PM
I absolutely love the SCP mythos. I've read so much about the entire universe, and I still know nothing with how much there is. XD
My favorite SCP is SCP-035. Read up on it. It's amazing. :3

I may also start another SCP series where I play the game for giggles and see how far I can go instead of doing a special. You'll see why in the third part, which is right here. XD
