As if the War Z hadn't had enough trouble as is, the game that was recently put on Steam has been pulled by Valve due to possible plagiarism, false advertising, and other controversial issues. Valve is offering full refunds to anyone who bought the game, and has made an official statement. “From time to time a mistake can be made and one was made by prematurely issuing a copy of War Z for sale via Steam. We apologize for this and have temporary removed the sale offering of the title until we have time to work with the developer and have confidence in a new build. Those who purchase the game and wish to continue playing it via Steam may do so. Those who purchased the title via Steam and are unhappy with what they received may seek a refund bycreating a ticket at our support site here.

As shown in the picture above, the game was unfinished and falsely advertised. There were many features said to be put into the game that were never fully incorporated, or incorporated at all. Hammerpoint responded stating that the game was a "foundation game" and that the features listed would be later incorporated into the game. Personally, this is pathetic on Hammerpoint's part. To say that the game was a foundation game but promise these features a lot earlier seems to be a ton of bs. What do you guys think?

I wish people wouldn't buy this knock off of a game... Stealing so many things and lying about their product...

I honestly hope that the majority of people who bought this game ask for a refund. A company should not be rewarded for making a bad product.

it is rather funny: The game is clearly unfinished but the dev said it is "finished" (but they'll still update it, like how other MMOs get updates constantly)

(and it was said that they will drop the game if they don't make enough money at some point)

Anyone who bought with steam can get refunds.  Everyone else: good luck.  If they themselves refuse, then contact bank or paypal saying you didn't receive the described product

I find it pathetic that Titov has been constantly been trying to weasel his way out of this situation. I also forgot to mention that the game is a complete reskin of War Inc. Battlezone, a game Arktos, the publishers of War Z, have worked on.

it is sad all they did! "you can't get a refund: you've been banned!" or even banning people who play a  lot just to get them to buy again :| ridiculous.
