As if the War Z hadn't had enough trouble as is, the game that was recently put on Steam has been pulled by Valve due to possible plagiarism, false advertising, and other controversial issues. Valve is offering full refunds to anyone who bought the game, and has made an official statement. “From time to time a mistake can be made and one was made by prematurely issuing a copy of War Z for sale via Steam. We apologize for this and have temporary removed the sale offering of the title until we have time to work with the developer and have confidence in a new build. Those who purchase the game and wish to continue playing it via Steam may do so. Those who purchased the title via Steam and are unhappy with what they received may seek a refund bycreating a ticket at our support site here.
As shown in the picture above, the game was unfinished and falsely advertised. There were many features said to be put into the game that were never fully incorporated, or incorporated at all. Hammerpoint responded stating that the game was a "foundation game" and that the features listed would be later incorporated into the game. Personally, this is pathetic on Hammerpoint's part. To say that the game was a foundation game but promise these features a lot earlier seems to be a ton of bs. What do you guys think?
